Château de Mirwart prides itself on authentic cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. The art of our restaurant is to distill flavors, textures and scents from the surrounding domain and create something surprising with them.

We want to translate nature in all its richness into inspired and appealing dishes. Our Chef processes daily fresh ingredients with refined techniques, but also with love for the essence. The core of our cuisine is: respect for the basics, love for what is real and pure.
